Day 1 - Cerritos, California to Virgin, Utah

Gas in Barstow - $4.33

We're on our way! Headed out this morning after a tasty breakfast in Cerritos on our way to our first official stop - an RV park just outside of Zion National Park in Utah.

Mattie and Cooter were first in the RV wanting to make sure they didn't get left behind. So far not much to report, hitting tons of traffic on the 15. We're waving to our friends Wendy and Mac as we pass through Nevada.

Paid $227 to fill up the RV in Barstow. Ouch! We're hoping the gas gets cheaper the farther we get from California!

Haha. Virgin Utah! As a former Utahan, I get to be the first to make fun of the Zionists.

Depending on how far north you go in Utah - if you get up to Sandy (my beautiful home town, and one voted as one of the 100 best small towns in the US), stop by "Sandy Station" for a beverage. It's totally trashy and disgusting.

Anonymous wonders why you blog, but yet is commenting to a blog. S/he is smoking crack. It's not like the blog world is another "Catch a online predator" episode on NBC. I mean - sometimes - I guess sometimes it is. Where was I going with this? ;)
